Maybe. But it seems an odd compromise to restrict RAM on a device that is offering itself as a container platform. They don't seem to have compromised on connectivity much, though that is arguably a less relevant requirement for what appears to be their target market. It feels a bit like a "version 1" thing. Maybe the next version of the hardware will be able to have memory added.
